How does the AI document reading work?
Scan or upload a rate confirmation, BOL, POD, fuel statement, receipt, or insurance certificate, and HaulBook extracts the details into the right place. Always double-check the extracted info before you rely on it.
How do I manage or cancel my HaulBook Pro subscription?
HaulBook Pro is billed monthly per truck through our payment processor, Stripe. To change or cancel, open the billing portal from your HaulBook account, or email support@haulbookapp.com and we'll take care of it. Cancelling stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current paid period.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to More → Account and choose to delete your account. This removes your account and data from our systems.
Is my data private?
Yes. We don't sell your data or use it for ads. See our Privacy Policy.
Which devices are supported?
HaulBook is an iPhone app (iOS). Android isn't supported yet.
